The Doctor Can't Find Anything Wrong With Me!

You've been feeling miserable, with many unusual symptoms, and have been to the doctor several times, but the doctors can't figure what is wrong with you.  In fact, during one of your visits you are told that your problem is "all in your head",  or that it is all stress related.

This was my experience years ago, and though stress can and does affect our health, the medical solutions are not always the only solutions available. There have been many improvements in the field of medicine, but generally, the medical solution to most health problems is still to cut (surgery) or medicate.

When the doctor can't find anything wrong with you, but you are certain things aren't quite right, it may be time to take matters into your own hands.  This is not an anti-doctor post, they have a big role in our health, but it is meant to encourage and inspire you if you are discouraged by not receiving the help you think you need.

If you look in the right margin and down below, you will find many articles written by me on this site, and throughout the web, related to health and nutrition. I am not a doctor, and do not diagnose or prescribe, but share information that has helped me and others. Since writing many of these posts, the amount of help available on the web has increased significantly, this is a good thing, but with my posts and any other posts you read, use care and caution...there is a lot of hype and miss-information available on the www.

If you are looking for help in a particular area and don't see it here, please contact me.  I can't diagnose your personal problem, but your input will inspire me to add more helpful information to this site.
