While I am not a doctor and cannot provide cures, I can supply you with knowledge that will help you in your journey to a healthier more vital body.
This website has been on the web in one form or another since 1998, 20 years. I have been working on the site to clean out bad links and eventually add even more current information. You will see the date of the last update on the bottom of each web page, but if it hasn't been updated recently, it doesn't mean that the information will not be useful to you. One of the nice things about nutritional solutions to health is that many of the solutions are timeless, the older solutions are often still the best.
I am a "retired" Certified Nutritionist who continues to help people find health with Nutrition. After attending college, and a few years learning about and teaching others about medicinal herbs, I continued my education and received my CN designation (Certified Nutritionist). This was through a 2+ year course of study offered by American Health Sciences University in Colorado, which closed in January of 2008.
My course of study was a balance of both traditional and alternative approaches to improving health, my strength and love being the alternative approach. I also learned much through working with those knowledgeable in the use of medicinal herbs and supplements, and by attending seminars and continuing education courses.
I am not meeting with clients any longer, but continue to help people through educational resources online, and have maintained good relationship with many of my previous clients.
